the week in pictures
not a lot of time for a big wordy post right now, my friends. seems like life has had me comin' and goin' lately. boy am i ready for the weekend.
so, instead of stories, i will share with you some highlights from the last week in picture form.
a trip to the local nursery with henry. we were in search of a fig tree for matt's father's day gift.
followed by a lovely lunch with my cute boy on the patio:
finding my cats lounging around the house alllll day long. oh, to be a cat. i guess sleeping the day away is one way to beat the heat?
peeking into matt's recording studio to find henry at the mic, recording a tune!
saturday nights outside by the chiminea. s'mores are always a treat, and henry can barely be stopped. look out, sugar rush.
scoring this great cheese-themed tray at a yard sale. (more on yard sale luck later)

OMG your life is idyllic.... I'm coming here more often to remind me what life should be like. I love your style, your son is gorgeous and my husband so deserves a recording music room like that...... sigh! I'll keep working on it!!
