riddle me this

why is it that the majority of maternity selections are horizontally striped? am i the only one who's noticed this?

as if a pregnant woman needs anything to look/feel wider!

sheesh!

there's an upside to my hugeness. i'm down to single digits, folks. have been for a couple weeks now. only a handful of weeks to go.

the cream i bought the other day had a sell by date of after my due date.

this is a good thing.

haha, true that.

look at you!! omg. i was thinking about you last night while having trouble sleeping.

i love big pregnant bellies, actually. i think they are so lovely in their ripeness...they are so anticipatory of good things to come, you know?

I've noticed that about the horizontal stripes too...definitely not the best choice. LOL :)

If it makes you feel any better, I'm only 27 weeks with twins and I'm your size. I'm scared to think how big I'm going to be at the end.

Good luck with everything!! :)

Jenny, that is a great picture. I can tell you are getting ready. We are all eager to get to know that little person within. Happy thoughts and wishes.

how exciting!!

Stripes be damned - that belly is freakin' gorgeous!
I've been wishing for a belly shot these last couple of weeks... woot!

I hope the last few weeks are as comfortable as possible - looking forward to meeting your baby girl!

Oh, but i like those stripes!

Horizontal stripes and deep v-necks! I suppose they think all pregnant want to show off their pregnant cleavage to anyone and everyone at all times. Me - not so much!

Great picture, and I was wondering the same thing when I was shopping for my sister at Target all the clothes had v-necks and/or stripes.
Which I guess is better than the 80's where all maternity clothes looked like kids clothes with bears and crap on them.

thank you, everyone!!!
HUGS, jenny
